Although we only pack boxes twice a year, there are several other special events you can attend to show your support! You can drop off donations items in person at any event. Outside of the parking party, special upcoming events include:
Wednesday November 9th, 2011 • Join us for breakfast at Grotto Pizza in Seaford with our friends Whiskey and Randy from Froggy 99.9. They will be doing their morning show live from 6:00am till 10:00am and will include some special guests being interviewed. The folks at Grotto's will have breakfast available including breakfast pizza, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and french toast. Our friend George Jackson will join us with his Scrolls for the Troops. Stop by, say hi, hang out, sign the Scrolls and please bring any Operation We Care donations you have collected.

Friday November 11
OWC Veteran's Day Ride • Salisbury, MD
Ride leaves the Delmar Wawa (Rt. 13 & Rt. 54) at 9:00AM
We will ride the back roads and end up at the Wicomoco Civic Center for the Veterans Day Ceremony. After the ceremony we will ride east to Showell Elementary School to thank them for their Spirit Day where they have collected items for Operation We Care, decorated some care package boxes and made thank you cards for the troops. They have all the kids assemble outside to watch the bikes as we arrive at the school. This ride is open to everyone. There is no fee just come ride and show your support for our veterans and make some kids smile.

Giant Foods Donation Drive • Rt. 13
Please join us as we sit outside the entrance to Giant Food, pass out OWC donation lists to the shoppers and collect donations to fill the care packages. We have done this for the past 2 years and Giant Food has always been very supportive.
